Tammy is CEO/ Founder/Owner of “Stuart & Associates – Real Estate Group,” a full-service real estate team specializing in the marketing and sales of residential properties in the Greater Omaha – Council Bluffs Metro.

Stuart began her real estate career as a sales agent at NPDodge Real Estate in 2000. She was also an agent and Associate Broker at Heartland Properties from 2003-2013. After obtaining her broker’s license in 2007, she owned her own boutique real estate brokerage firm, based in Council Bluffs and Omaha, for 5 years before joining Omaha market leader, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Ambassador Real Estate.

Tammy is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an achievement that only 4% of all REALTORS ® worldwide have attained. Additionally, Tammy is ranked in the top 2% of all agents in one of her local Association of REALTORS ®. Through the years hundreds of busy professionals and busy families alike have appreciated Tammy’s passionate and personable approach to doing business. Known for her astute negotiation skills, she takes great pride in protecting her clients best interests, whether that be in contract negotiations or by advocating for home ownership and private property rights by meeting with legislators at the state level and on Capitol Hill, in Washington D.C., as a RPAC Presidents Circle member.

Stuart is heavily involved in the real estate industry having served on many Local, State and National Association of REALTORS® committees and boards over the years. She was awarded the 2009, Iowa CRS REALTOR® of the Year; the 2012, Iowa CRS Chapter President; and was awarded the 2016, “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce.

Tammy is a dedicated mother to three grown children; Mark, Taylor Edelle and Matthew Stuart. They are her greatest joy and accomplishment. In her free time she can be found traveling the world, sharing dinner, wine, and great conversation with friends; attending her niece’s activities; gourmet cooking; reading and researching; or working on her own “honey-do list” around her historic Council Bluffs home. Stuart looks forward to continuing to serve the Council Bluffs – Omaha metro community for years to come.
