I lived in another state and was charged with selling my sisters home in Council Bluffs after her passing. Lucklily, I drove past one of Tammy's signs and gave her a call. Tammy was a godsend! She furnished me with up to date market information and common sense suggestions on how we could cost effectively "update" the home in an effort to make it more "sale-able." Most importantly however, Tammy was realistic when looking at the market conditions and priced the house RIGHT - so that it sold relatively quickly without having to do a number of disheartening "price reductions." Since I was unable to be in the area throughout the sale process, Tammy became my eyes and ears. She handled everything brilliantly (especially the close) and made the entire "home selling experience" almost stress free. I consider myself lucky to have had Tammy as my Realtor and I would also gladly recommend her services to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home!

I was referred to Tammy by a friend of mine as I was preparing to sell my condo in West Omaha. Because it was a short-sale the bank was less than cooperative and the whole process was extremely complicated. Tammy is an excellent representative for her profession. She is well educated and works for the largest real estate firm in Council Bluffs. Their sales record exceeds the next three firms. She is detailed oriented and very trustworthy. I would recommed Tammy to anyone that is either buying or selling their home or commerical business.

Although I've never hired Tammy personally, I know many people in the community who have done so. Tammy is a step above all other agents with her persistent attitude towards excellence, her can do mentality, and is civic and family leader within the area. I've referred several clients, to her to help with their housing and real estate needs. I consider her a great friend and will continue those referrals.
